In the first quarter of 2021, YouTube Music demonstrated a significant presence in Australia's app market with revenues peaking at over $125K in early March. Despite a slight dip to about $97K by the end of March, the app maintained a strong user base, with weekly active users reaching over 1.2M in late March. Downloads saw an uptick in late February, reaching over 2.5K but then settling around 2K by the close of March.
